Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your account in the UTD (Unmatched Training Division) mobile application, operated by Oleksii Makhniuk, with registered office at U libeňského pivovaru 2442/6, 180 00 Praha — Libeň, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”).

You can delete your UTD account at any time. The Operator respects your right to erasure under the GDPR and will process your request promptly and securely.

Option 1 — Delete in the App (Instant)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the UTD mobile application:

Step 1: Open the UTD (Unmatched Training Division) app on your iOS or Android device.

Step 2: Sign in to your account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.

Step 3: Open the Profile tab from the bottom navigation.

Step 4: Tap Settings, then Account.

Step 5: Tap Delete account and confirm the action.

Your account and personal data are removed from our systems immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen. Data that the Operator is legally required to retain (such as accounting and payment records) is preserved in accordance with the retention rules described below.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, or you prefer to request deletion in writing, send an email to unmatchedtrainingdivision@gmail.com.

Please include the following in your email:

Subject: Account deletion request

Body: The email address associated with your UTD account, your full name, and a short statement confirming you wish to delete the account.

We will verify your identity using information you have previously provided to us, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems:

Identification data: Your name, email address, profile information and any other identifiers stored on your user profile.

Sign-in credentials: The link between your UTD account and your Apple or Google identity provider, including any access tokens or session data.

Training session registrations: Your active and upcoming registrations for training sessions, waitlist entries and attendance records associated with your personal identity.

Push notifications and device data: Push notification tokens and device identifiers linked to your account.

Preferences: Your notification preferences, application settings and any personalisation data tied to your profile.

What Data Is Retained

Some data must be retained after account deletion in order to comply with legal obligations, defend legal claims or improve the security of the service. This retained data is described below.

Payment and accounting records: Invoices, payment confirmations and related accounting records are retained for up to 10 years from the end of the relevant accounting period, in accordance with Czech Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on Accounting (Zákon o účetnictví) and applicable tax legislation. Where possible, these records are pseudonymised or anonymised.

Anonymised analytics data: Aggregated and anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you.

Security and diagnostic logs: Crash reports, error logs and security audit trails are retained for up to 90 days from the date of collection, after which they are automatically deleted.

Legal hold: If we are legally required to preserve specific data (for example, in response to a court order or ongoing investigation), that data will be retained for the period required by the relevant authority and deleted as soon as the legal basis for retention ends.

Effects of Account Deletion

Account deletion is permanent. After your account is deleted:

You will lose access to your booking history, upcoming training session registrations and waitlist entries.

You will no longer receive notifications about training sessions, updates or other communications from the app.

You will need to create a new account if you wish to use UTD again in the future. Previous booking history cannot be restored.

Your Rights

In addition to deletion, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal data under the GDPR. For a full description of your rights, please see our Privacy Policy.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochorova 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).
